Blonde Ale
Because of a higher alcohol level than normally detected in a Blonde Ale, this version comes out drier than regularly, whereas the classical fruity notes are more modest. Still with a lot of body and a very fine malt. The Celeia hobs gives fruity citrus notes, which supports the bitter notes of Cascade hobs very well

The sage beer was Nordjurs Brewery’s first beer. The sage gives a discreet spicy taste to the dark Belgian ale. It has very nice depth from the dark malts and a freshness of tropical fruits from the Motueka hob.
